Lanny Frattare was the longtime radio voice of the National League's Pittsburgh Pirates. Lanny is part of our "Remembering the tenth anniversary of 9/11" program. He was behind-the-mic for the games following the September 11, 2001, tragedies that affected the nation. Lanny describes what life was like in Pittsburgh as Flight 93 had crashed in nearby Shanksville, Pennsylvania. He also spoke about how Major League baseball helped to reunite the country as the nation recovered.
